Emu

Play the games you own — on iPhone and iPad

Emu is a free emulator for the classic console and handheld games you already own. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no account, and nothing is collected.

Your library

Import game files from the Files app, share them to Emu with Open In, or drag them onto the library on iPad. Games are grouped by system, with Continue Playing, favorites and search.

Never lose progress

Emu saves when you leave a game and resumes right where you stopped. Make your own save states at any time, each with a screenshot.

Private and open

Everything stays on your device. Emu is open-source software; the source code is on GitHub.

No games are included, and Emu does not download games. Only play games you have the right to use.
